Reporting to: Finance Manager

What you’ll do here

Take ownership of the full accounts payable cycle while gaining valuable exposure to general ledger, receivables, and compliance work. You’ll keep our operations running smoothly and help drive process improvements along the way.

Own Accounts Payable

• Process vendor invoices with three-way matching, manage payment runs, and reconcile statements.
• Handle intercompany billing and ensure accurate documentation for audit and compliance.

Support Month-End & Reporting

• Post journal entries, support balance sheet reconciliations, and assist with variance analysis.
• Help track cash flow and contribute to a smooth month-end close.

Gain Cross-Functional Exposure

• Step in for Accounts Receivable—billing, monitoring overdue accounts, and reconciliations.
• Support GST reporting, statutory audits, and internal controls (including SOX where applicable).

Who You Are

We are looking for a dedicated individual who possesses a blend of analytical prowess, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience. We are open to considering ambitious fresh graduates with a strong academic background and a keen desire to learn.

Essential Skills & Attributes

• Solid working knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger processes.
• Familiarity with Singapore GST and statutory requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet strict deadlines.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate seamlessly with various stakeholders
