Our client, a leading organization in the Staffing and Key Growth sector, is seeking an experienced Accountant with expertise in credit control. This role offers the opportunity to manage financial operations and contribute to the success of a dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee general accounting activities, including reconciliations, ledger maintenance, and reporting.
• Manage the credit control process, including credit checks, payment terms, and collections.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with UK regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate billing and invoicing.
• Monitor accounts receivable and resolve payment discrepancies promptly.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with UK tax laws and accounting standards.

Requirements:

• At least 3 to 5 years proven experience as an Accountant with credit control responsibilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of UK accounting practices and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
