About the role:

Accountant, Manjimup, WA

RSM Australia is seeking a motivated and detail‑focused Accountant to join our Manjimup office.

You’ll be part of a close‑knit regional team within a national firm, offering clear career pathways, hands‑on client exposure, and a genuinely supportive culture. What you’ll do

• Prepare and review financial statements and supporting work papers
• Prepare income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals
• Assist with BAS, IAS, and other tax compliance obligations
• Provide tax advice across areas including GST, CGT, FBT, and income tax
• Contribute to general business advisory work and client engagement
• Work closely with Partners and support junior team members
• Apply your understanding of the business environment and client industries to deliver practical, client‑focused solutions

About you:

What you’ll bring:

• A degree in Business or Commerce with an Accounting major
• CA or equivalent qualification, or currently working towards
• Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• A proactive, client‑focused approach
