Job Description

The selected candidate will report to the Head of Finance and will have the following responsibilities:

What you will be doing:

• Prepare and maintain accurate monthly/ quarterly/ annual financial statements.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Maintain the General Ledger, reconciliations and audit files.
• Prepare variance analysis and financial performance reports for management.
• Provide financial insights and support cost control initiatives across departments.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard hospital assets and ensure financial accuracy.
• Prepare and filing of statutory returns.
• Meet and assist Finance Team to meet KPIs set by Management.
• Active coordination with the Finance team to ensure day to day good running of the department.
• Ensure compliance with the local laws and regulations.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Accounting & Finance/ Minimum ACCA Level 2 or related field.
• Minimum 5 years proven work experience in similar position.

• Proficient in utilization of Microsoft Office tools and excellence in the use of Excel. Experience in utilization of Power query, Power Pivot, Power BI and doing financial modelling would be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, time management and analytical thinking.
