Our client is a dynamic and fast-evolving biotechnology company preparing for significant growth. They are now looking for a hands-on, adaptable Accountant
to join them during this pivotal phase.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts: GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and month-end closings.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and tax filings.
• Manage payroll processing: CPF contributions, IR8A/IR21, and statutory compliance.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting in line with Singapore accounting standards.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant regulatory bodies.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process and participate in ad-hoc finance projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting / ACCA / equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience handling full sets of accounts and payroll.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and MS Excel.
• Familiar with Singapore tax and statutory regulations.
• A positive attitude, proactive, reliable, and not too rigidflexibility is key in a growing startup.
• Able to start immediately or with short notice is highly preferred.
