Job Description

Datacolor is actively seeking a talented Facility& EHS Specialist for our Operation team.
As a global leader in color management solutions, we specialize in offering instruments, software, and services to improve the precision, performance, and efficiency of the color workflow for our customers.

In order to support our business, we are looking for an Accountant.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Invoice matching, expense audit and booking, AP reconciliation, payment plan，RNI KPI and Aging analysis.
  2. Supervise customs declaration form, match with invoice accurately, and match in SAFE system as well.
  3. FA management, including register, depreciation, transfer, split, disposal, reconciliation and budget control.
  4. IC charge and reconciliation.
  5. Finance Documents and vouchers filing and management.
  6. Monthly closing and annual internal & external audit supporting.
  7. Continuing improvement in accounting process.
  8. External reports declaration, including tax declaration，statistic reports, Business annual report, annual tax research e.g.
  9. Backup of inventory management, standard cost maintains.
  10. Forecast cash request monthly and quarterly
  11. Analyze actual expense vs budget
  12. Other works assigned by the financial manager

Experience & Qualifications:

You have/are:

  1. University or college degree in accounting or financing.
  2. Accountancy certificate, compliance with professional ethics.
  3. Good in oral and written English.
  4. Familiar with MS office and ERP system will be preferred.
  5. Down to earth, willing to learn new things.
  6. Teamwork spirit, good communication, accountability and engagement.
