- - - - Assist Accounting Manager in month-end closing process
- - - - Contract Management and change order review
- - - - Communication with Team on Contract Status & Updates including Collections.
- - - - File line/bond notices and liens; maintain a control log and monitor deadlines.
- - - - Perform monthly GL account reconciliations
- - - - Provide assistance related to company ERP system to production managers, supervisors and sales staff as needed
- - - - Fixed Asset Reconciliation & Reporting.
- - - - Work closely with Accounting Manager to identify and implement process improvements
- - - - Assist in training & helping accounting staff in a manner that promotes a strong, positive team environment
- - - - Backup other accounting positions to help as needed specifically payroll
