Accountant

An established, transaction-driven organization is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support month-end close, financial reporting, inventory accuracy, and cash activity. This role plays a key part in maintaining clean financial records, supporting external reporting requirements, and strengthening internal processes. The Accountant will work closely with leadership, operational teams, and external partners to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end close including accruals, reconciliations, and financial statement support
• Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations and supporting documentation
• Reconcile sales activity, inventory data, and related cost classifications
• Support inventory reserve calculations and monitor cost of goods sold accuracy
• Prepare required reporting packages for financing partners and reconcile supporting data
• Process vendor payments, reconcile statements, and manage credits
• Maintain organized records and strengthen internal controls and workflows
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and financial accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Strong reconciliation skills in high-volume environments
• Working knowledge of GAAP
• Proficient in Excel including pivot tables and lookup functions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
