As an Accountant for Benelux, you will play an important role within the finance team. Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Manager, this position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the financial health and success in the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable/Receivable and Cash Management:

• Managing client and supplier accounting, including invoicing, payments, and account reconciliations.
• Recording expense reports.
• Accounting for flight tickets.
• Integrating various payments and client refunds into the banking payment system.
• Preparing weekly cash flow forecasts / Bank reconciliations.
• Managing month-end and year-end closings.
• Liaising with external organizations (Netherlands).
• VAT declarations.
• Tax and social security declarations.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

• Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

Experience:

• 2 years of experience in accounting.

Skills:

• Proficient in information systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken Dutch (Level B2/C1).

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• High degree of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.

Location: Based in Brussels, with frequent travel to Amsterdam.
