Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions related to the DSA channel, including commissions and incentives.
• Reconcile accounts, payments, and financial discrepancies on a regular basis.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets for management review.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Process payments to DSAs and track commission structures.
• Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation as required.
• Monitor cash flow and manage expense reports to ensure financial efficiency.
• Collaborate with the compliance and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP systems).
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
