Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Financial Transactions: Manage and record daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Handle invoicing, payments, and collections, maintaining an updated ledger.
• Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Payroll Management: Assist in processing monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Tax Compliance: Prepare VAT returns and ensure timely submission as per UAE tax regulations.
• Budgeting: Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Financial Reporting: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Audit Preparation: Support in internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and explanations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to UAE financial regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years of accounting experience in the UAE, preferably in a similar role.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations and financial laws.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial tasks.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
