- Job Title: Accountant.

 *Responsibilities:

• Record, review, and reconcile all daily financial transactions using Al-Ameen Accounting Software

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including issuing invoices and tracking collections.

• Monitor cash flow and prepare periodic financial statements.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory and cost records in coordination with warehouse teams.

• Organize and archive financial documents, contracts, and payment records systematically.

• Prepare financial summaries and reports for internal management review.

• Support financial procedures related to local and external sales operations.

• Assist in cost analysis and pricing based on production and material expenses.

• Track and reconcile bank accounts, transfers, and payment settlements.

• Ensure compliance with financial policies, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with the administrative and production teams to ensure accurate data flow and smooth financial operations.

 *Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong proficiency in Al-Ameen Accounting Software (essential).

• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and inventory management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.

• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Professional communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal departments.

المسؤوليات:

• تسجيل ومراجعة وتسوية المعاملات المالية اليومية باستخدام برنامج الأمين

• إدارة الحسابات المدينة والدائنة، بما في ذلك إصدار الفواتير ومتابعة التحصيل.

• مراقبة التدفقات النقدية وإعداد البيانات المالية الدورية.

• الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للمخزون والتكاليف بالتنسيق مع فريق المستودع.

• تنظيم وأرشفة الوثائق المالية والعقود وسجلات الدفعات بطريقة منهجية.

• إعداد الملخصات والتقارير المالية للإدارة الداخلية.

• دعم الإجراءات المالية المتعلقة بالعمليات البيعية المحلية والخارجية.

• المساهمة في تحليل التكاليف وتسعير المنتجات بناءً على مصاريف الإنتاج والمواد.

• متابعة الحسابات البنكية، والتحويلات، وتسويات الدفعات.

• ضمان الالتزام بالسياسات المالية والمعايير المحاسبية والمتطلبات التنظيمية.

• التعاون مع الأقسام الإدارية والإنتاجية لضمان تدفق دقيق وسلس للبيانات المالية.

المتطلبات:

• شهادة بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في المحاسبة، ويفضل ضمن منشآت إنتاجية.

• إلمام قوي ببرنامج الأمين للمحاسبة (أساسي).

• معرفة راسخة بمبادئ المحاسبة والتقارير المالية وإدارة المخزون.

• مهارات تحليلية قوية وقدرة على حل المشكلات.

• دقة عالية واهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل والسرية.

• مهارات ممتازة في التنظيم والأرشفة.

• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة مهام متعددة بكفاءة.

• مهارات تواصل مهنية والقدرة على التنسيق مع الأقسام المختلفة.
