We are seeking an experienced and qualified accountant to join a dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, managing a team, and supporting key financial reporting and strategic initiatives.
Support the preparation of monthly management reports, accounting reports, and financial analysis.
Assist with the annual budget and quarterly forecast review process.
Oversee daily operational tasks and supervise a team of Accounts Executives.
Ensure all transactions and bookkeeping adhere to approved accounting standards and internal control procedures.
Lead and support projects rolled out by global and regional teams.
Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax agents, and bankers.
Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 8 years of total experience.
At least 3 years of experience in managing a team.
Hands-on experience in daily operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), month-end closing, and treasury.
Proficiency with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
Experience in both audit and commercial finance environments is highly preferred.
