Description & Responsibilities

• Warehouse management: manage and control inventories in warehouses and movements at 3PLs
• Work with Sales, Service and Logistic team for in-out inventory.

Support Logistics Officer on the matter of shipping, customs clearance, invoicing and billing to the customers.

Ensure effective, fast and on-time physical distribution process to meet customer requirements.

o Handle physical distribution of goods to customers Generate the reports and keep record and all relevant physical distribution warehouse documents. Ensure that returned goods from Customer are authorized from subject matter person. Handle goods issuance and shipment which proper authorization Ensure the product movements is effectively managed with fast and on-time delivery. Logistics and Distributions.

o Ensure compliance with International Trade Compliance

o Coordinate with the sales team to support customer request

To support daily shipment activities, process all imports and export shipments according to requirements

o To provide administrative support to the shipping function

o Coordinate with the forwarder for both local and oversea shipment

o Ensure export shipment compliance

o Prepare Purchase Order documentation for Goods receipt.

o Ensure all documents are scanned and send to relevant stakeholders.

o Performs any other ad-hoc operations activities.

Responsible for the following accounting activities per General Accepted Accounting Principles and other local regulations

o Prepare and reconcile monthly costing report.

o Perform physical count to ensure inventory accuracy

o Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports which are required by local and corporate and advise proper control to compliance with local and corporate requirement including taxes reconcile between local GAAP and USGAAP.

o Ensure adequate internal control process within the organization and function such taxation, accounting record, inventory, and other related operation activities per corporate policy.

Other related as assigned by the company.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance
• Female / Male
• Preferably 3-5 years’ working experience in Customer care with some experience in logistics
• Good command of English
• Commercially minded and outcome oriented
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Good sense of logic with ability to work under pressure and tight deadline
• Self-motivated and energetic with sense of urgency
