Job responsibilities and requirements

1. Responsible for financial budget, final accounts, audit and supervision, preparing various financial statements in a timely manner according to the requirements of the company and relevant government departments and submitting them to relevant departments.

2. Independently complete the review of tax returns and assist in the completion of the company's tax planning.

3. Review accounting vouchers, and grasp the company's accounting treatment as a whole, so as to be timely, complete, accurate and legal.

4. Responsible for the company's monthly tax declaration, annual audit, and final settlement.

岗位职责及要求

1、负责财务预算、决算、审核、监督工作，按照公司及政府有关部门要求及时编制各种财务报表并报送相关部门。

2、独立完成审核纳税申报工作，协助完成公司税收筹划。

3、审核会计凭证，整体把握公司的账务处理，做到及时、完整、准确、合法。

4、负责公司月度纳税申报、年度审计和汇算清缴工作。

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in finance, auditing, finance and other related majors.

2. More than 3 years of working experience in the same position in real estate development enterprises, with an accounting qualification certificate and intermediate accounting title.
3. Familiar with the accounting process, have the professional financial knowledge and be proficient in using professional financial software.

4. Can adapt to temporary business travel arrangements.

1、具有财务、审计、金融等相关专业统招本科以上学历。

2、3年以上房地产开发企业同岗位工作经验，具备会计从业资格证书及中级会计职称。
3、熟悉会计核算流程，具备财务的专业知识，能熟练使用专业的财务软件。

4、能适应临时性出差安排。
