About the Role
In this role, you will support the successful execution of new and renewal sales deals across an assigned territory. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure deals progress smoothly, compliantly, and on time. This is a role for someone who enjoys detail, collaboration, and problem-solving in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support the execution of new and renewal deals to ensure alignment with internal milestones and timelines

  • Track customer procurement and invoicing requirements using dashboards, including paperwork status, access extensions, and process exceptions

  • Support resolution of account-level delinquencies by coordinating with internal stakeholders

  • Engage with customers, particularly on contested renewals and title changes, to ensure a responsive and informed experience

  • Assist with contract review, redlining, and documentation for renewals and new business

  • Coordinate complex or high-value deals with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other partners in line with internal policies

  • Maintain accurate records of deal terms, approvals, exceptions, and regional process documentation

  • Identify opportunities to improve deal desk processes, workflows, and reporting

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in sales operations, deal desk, account coordination, customer support, or a similar commercial/administrative role.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

  • Strong understanding of deal structuring, pricing models, discounting, and commercial approval workflows.

  • Confidence working with contracts, redlining, legal/commercial terms, and supporting documentation.

  • Knowledge of purchase order (PO) and invoicing processes.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to work effectively across functions and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience using CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce) and strong proficiency in Excel and Outlook.

  • Experience working in a global or regional business environment.

Primary
Location Base Pay Range: Poland - EL Warsaw zł61,100 - zł101,700.
