Essential Functions:
Identifyingand correcting internal problems within assigned accounts toexpeditepayments from insurance companies.
Serves asliaisonbetween patient and insurance companies.
Performs month-end closing on routine schedule with other patient account reps.
Substitutes in other areas of the business office as needed.
