We at Shimano Italy are looking for an account support associate to join our team. This role requires you to provide support to your team as well as deal with the customers. The Challenge

• Treat and process all incoming orders, and adjust where needed, in line with requirements of the customers, and according to quality standards in order to obtain a well-organized up-to-date order file.
• File all order-related information in order to be able to track the required, updated information at any time.

• Coordinate and spread all order information for all parties involved with the order, such that correct, updated order information is available at all time.

• Be a link between customer & sales teams to maximize responsiveness, share key information and support sales goals.

• Signal mall functioning in the process and so proposals for improvement, in order to contribute to the optimization of the account support process.

• Receive and process customer inquiries, or complaints as the first line of support then escalating where necessary.

What are we looking for?

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Great customer service skills.  
• Clear communicator with excellent written and verbal communication in Italian & English language.  
• Maintains accurate records and is good at managing data.
• Computer skills – Microsoft office, CRM & ERP systems, SAP is a plus.
• This role is currently for 1 year (Till beginning of May 2027)
