
The Account Supervisor oversees and manages the college athletics portfolio for a leading domestic telecommunications company. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that the agency delivers high-quality work that meets the client's needs while maintaining a positive relationship with the client.
The role involves various responsibilities, such as managing client relationships, developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve client goals, overseeing the work of account executives and coordinators, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Account Supervisors also work closely with other departments within the agency, such as creative, media, and research, to ensure that all work produced for the client is of the highest quality. They must effectively communicate with clients, agency team members, and vendors and have strong project management skills to ensure that all aspects of a project are completed successfully.
Other key responsibilities of an Account Supervisor include tracking and reporting on campaign performance, identifying new business opportunities, and managing budgets and financial reports. They must also stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and be able to apply this knowledge to client accounts to achieve the best results.

HS&E is seeking an Account Supervisor to further support our brand consulting practice. This position will report directly to the Account Director and lead an account team focused on college athletics – managing client projects, sponsorship activation & strategy and select new business efforts.
The Supervisor will build and maintain relationships based on trust and collaboration across all appropriate client levels, properties, vendor partners and partner agencies with the fundamental objective of delivering on the client’s goals and business needs in order to exceed client expectations. The Supervisor will also contribute to the professional growth of their direct report(s).
