Role and Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve daily incoming cases and ensuring data quality compliance and documenting in Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Proactively follow up on cases which is open queries to ensure timely resolution and accurate recording within the correct period.
  • Identify issues, data quality inconsistencies, investigate proactively, and clearly communicate recommendations and solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customer accounts through open and effective communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate tools and methods.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, manage customer accounts, and organize documentation.
  • Adhere to established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Meet or exceed performance targets across assigned products/projects.

Must have skills:

  • Strong command of written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent email and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., SFDC) and related processes
  • Research skills.
  • Excellent typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) with strong multitasking abilities.
