What will you be doing? Our Retail team partners with leading retailers to strengthen relationships and deliver actionable insights. As an
Account Sr. Analyst, Retail, you will play a key role in supporting client engagement by analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You’ll help drive client satisfaction and retention while contributing to business growth through upsell opportunities.
Location: Hybrid; in-office once per week (Thursdays) in São Paulo including additional frequent client visits.
Job Responsibilities
Serve as the key point of contact for service-related requests or issues, leading client review meetings and trainings.
- Receive and validate client data, confirm figures, and maintain quality control standards.
- Update and deliver databases and reports within agreed deadlines, using Excel, PowerPoint, and Unify, and collaborate with wider Circana teams.
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and high-quality deliverables.
- Coordinate with operations and BI teams to resolve data issues and maintain workflow.
- Assist with creating presentations and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide operational support for Brazil clients, including contact list management and brand/product classification.
Support the team in generating market trend analyses and industry insights, presenting findings internally and externally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with a quantitative component.
- 1+ years of analytical experience with a background in retail, CPG, or similar industries preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Circana's Unify is a plus.
- Advanced English and Portuguese required; Spanish is an advantage.
- Strong curiosity and desire to learn about relevant categories, with an inquisitive mindset that seeks to understand the “why” behind the data.

- Excellent organizational skills; able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
