About the Role

The Restaurant Standardization & Growth team ensures that 10BIS platform partners maintain high operational standards. We are looking for an assertive, resilient, and communication-driven professional to join our team.

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of restaurants within a specific region. You will be responsible for monitoring operational compliance (handling cancellations and delays), while actively driving growth, promotions, and retention through high-volume outbound phone activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Compliance: Monitor daily alerts (cancellations, courier delays), enforce platform standards, and manage restaurant operational status based on performance.

  • Restaurant Education: Conduct proactive outbound calls to guide restaurant owners, improve their commitment, and resolve service gaps.

  • Growth & Promotions: Reach out to restaurants to pitch and secure exclusive benefits, discounts, and promotions for 10BIS users.

  • Retention Management: Handle at-risk restaurant partners using a dedicated toolbox of solutions to maintain high retention rates.

  • Daily Execution: Manage internal ticketing systems, emails, and ad-hoc operational tasks (delivery fees, response times, etc.).

Requirements

  • Assertiveness & Communication: Experience in outbound calling, customer service, or tele-sales. Ability to manage challenging conversations with business owners.

  • Resilience: High comfort level with intensive outbound phone work (Talkdesk) and repetitive, fast-paced daily tasks.

  • Problem-Solving & Patience: A "can-do" approach, exceptional patience, and the ability to find quick solutions under pressure.

  • Tech-Savvy: Quick learner of internal systems and basic data. Experience with Tableau – an advantage.
