Interacts with Customers, Distributors, and the outside sales force via incoming telephone calls, emails, and faxes to process orders and resolve issues with customer accounts. Calls on assigned sales territories to sell Aftermarket products and inform customers of new products and monthly specials. Builds and maintains strong relationships with assigned customers. Works with outside sales forces to secure Aftermarket sales and develop leads. This position is eligible for Commission.

· Knowledge of general sales principles.
· Ability to translate technical knowledge into plain and easy-to-understand language.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a general office environment where typical levels of noise, dust, and activity can be expected. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
Travel Required
· No travel is required.
Required Education and Experience
· Must be at least 18 years of age.
· Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
· Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office products. Working knowledge of Microsoft CRM.
· Bowling center operation or bowling equipment background preferred.
· Knowledge of QubicaAMF Worldwide LLC products and systems preferred.
