
The Account Service Representative is responsible for managing and maintaining the relationship between the Customer and Kuros Biosciences, Inc. through open and continuous communication and direct involvement in strategic initiatives. This position will communicate with key customers by various means to ensure contracted products and services are delivered in a manner which meets customer expectations and the company’s operational objectivesThis position will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and Warehouse teams to develop and execute specific strategies to achieve customer satisfaction. The Account Service Representative reports directly to the Director, Customer Operations. This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of Alpharetta, GA.
As a member of the Kuros Account Services team, you will put your customer service skills to work every day to provide customized solutions to clients in your assigned territory. As an Account Service Representative, you will work with customers daily and be a true business partner to them by asking questions and solving challenges pertaining to their specific needs.
