What is the opportunity?

In this role you will be responsible for processing of moderately complex client transactions within one or more RBC product or service line(s) utilizing on-line input to various systems ensuring quality and accuracy of incoming and outgoing workflow and/or documents. This role performs activities that support all jurisdictions in the Caribbean

What will you do?

• Perform verification of all LCY and FCY transactions processed by various jurisdictions
• Scrutinize and verify transactions that meet the approved threshold limit, within SLA
• Scrutinize transactions processed to Dormant Accounts within SLA
• Verify daily the accuracy of details captured for over the counter utilities payments
• Verification of account authorization forms and supporting documentation

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• Bank’s minimum entry requirements, 4 O’Level passes including Mathematics and English
• Sound business knowledge including service and operations
• Sound working knowledge of core banking applications
• Very strong client first orientation
• Ability to manage highly demanding situations under rigid timelines

Nice-to-have

• Certificate in Management or related discipline or equivalent education/training in a related field
