General Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Sales professional to join our team and support the continued growth of our business.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and building long-term customer relationships.

As an Account Sales representative, you will serve as a key liaison between customers and the Sales Operations team. You will be responsible for preparing and managing quotations for products and services, maintaining customer records, and providing accurate sales forecasts.

This position requires a highly organized and efficient individual who can effectively manage a high volume of requests, ranging from quotations and application support to customer issue resolution. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, channel partners, and distributors to drive operational excellence and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Generate customer quotations
• Manage customer sales forecast
• Update customer price list
• Manage customer-query via site visit, email and direct phone call.
• Validate technical details to Business Unit and production offices
• Maintain complete, accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system at all times.
• Manage delivery schedules with production offices, including negotiations to expedite the specific product.
• Corroborate on environment requests and questionnaire (Rohs , ChemSHERPA, etc)
• Provide product test reports
• Support contract, including purchasing agreement and non-disclosure agreement.

Minimum Qualification:

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience
• Must have a strong passion for business growth and drive the opportunities through to successful completion.
• Capable of building long-term relationships with customers
• Native-level Japanese and business-fluent English for effective communication with global VAT stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization.
• Excellent communicator within the organization, constantly seeking to align with stakeholders across the organization.

Preferred Qualification:

• Able to engage in technical discussions and proposals with customers
• Possesses a good balance of technical understanding and customer-facing skills
• Experience in the semiconductor industry or related fields
• Experience in technical customer support or customer-facing technical roles
• 5 years of engineering experience (career switch to sales is welcome)
• MBA degree a plus
