What you'll be doing:

  • Work with Solution Architect and Developer Relations to understand customer's workload and increase our software usage.

  • Develop and complete strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious targets within the target customers.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key collaborators, including top-tier global OEMs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement sales initiatives and ensure flawless execution of all sales processes.

  • Analyze market trends to determine competitive strategies and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Make eco systems and partners relation for better coverage and implement business idea.

What we need to see:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • A minimum of 8+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the technology or OEM sectors.

  • Strong understanding of the Japanese market and cultural nuances.

  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, both in English and Japanese.

  • The ability to work strictly under pressure, adapt to a dynamic environment, and deliver world-class results.
