About the role
Atos is looking for an Account Sales Executive to support commercial growth across the private market in Belgium. In this client-facing sales role, you will identify and qualify new business opportunities, understand client needs, connect them with the right Atos capabilities, and help progress opportunities from first conversation to successful closure.

You will work across multiple Atos business lines and industry verticals, together with Client Executive Partners, specialised sales teams, solution experts, bid teams, delivery leaders and partners. The role is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys consultative selling, building trusted client relationships and creating value through secure, sovereign and AI-enabled digital transformation.

What you will do

• Develop trusted relationships with private-market clients in Belgium and identify opportunities where Atos can create clear business value.
• Drive qualified pipeline by connecting client needs with Atos' strategic growth areas: Mission-Critical Agentic AI, Digital Sovereignty and Cybersecurity Built-In.
• Lead consultative sales conversations focused on business outcomes, secure digital transformation and long-term client value.
• Coordinate Atos experts across sales, pre-sales, solution, delivery and partner teams to shape competitive, realistic and profitable offers.
• Manage opportunities through the sales cycle with clear pipeline discipline, accurate forecasting and strong commercial ownership.

What you bring

• Experience in B2B technology sales, account development or complex solution sales within enterprise clients.
• Strong ability to understand client needs and translate them into value-based conversations around AI, secure digital transformation, cloud, data, cybersecurity and managed services.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to qualify opportunities, manage stakeholders, negotiate and progress deals through a structured sales process.
• Confidence working in a matrix organisation with sales, pre-sales, delivery, bid, business-line and partner teams.
• Clear communication skills in English; Dutch and/or French is an advantage for the Belgian market.

• Client conversations are based on business needs, value and outcomes — not generic product pitching.
• Opportunities are well documented, accurately forecasted and supported by the right Atos experts.
