Job Description

Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a confident and organized Account Representative to join our team in Las Vegas, NV.

In this role, you will help manage client relationships, support account needs, coordinate communication, and ensure clients receive professional and attentive service. You will serve as an important point of contact while working closely with internal teams to maintain strong relationships and identify opportunities for continued growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and accounts.
• Serve as a professional point of contact for client questions, requests, and updates.
• Understand client needs and help provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure account requirements are handled efficiently.
• Follow up with clients and maintain consistent communication.
• Assist with account onboarding, updates, and ongoing support.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and improve satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate account information and organized records.
