About the Role

As an Account Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and strengthening relationships with Ingram Micro's reseller and vendor partners. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, proactively identify sales opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer service through both inbound and outbound engagement. Working closely with internal teams and vendors, you will help customers find the right solutions while achieving sales, margin, and activity targets. This is a fast-paced role suited to a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of reseller customer accounts.

  • Achieve monthly revenue, gross margin, and sales activity targets.

  • Conduct proactive outbound sales calls to generate opportunities and drive account growth.

  • Manage inbound customer enquiries, quotations, and order processing.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the product portfolio.

  • Support vendor campaigns and go-to-market initiatives.

  • Gather and share market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights.

  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer requests.

  • Maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.

Role Requirements

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and telephone sales skills.

  • Previous experience in sales, telesales, account management, or customer service.

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.

  • Ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Results-oriented with a proactive and self-driven approach.

  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

  • Experience in the technology, IT, or distribution industry is advantageous.
