About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for an Account Receivable Executive to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Türkiye. You’ll be working in a high-performing team and be reporting to the Financial Controller.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Accounts Receivable operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer transactions and collections
Supervise and support one Accounts Receivable team member, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
Monitor customer balances, reconcile accounts, and investigate discrepancies to ensure data accuracy
Manage cash application activities and ensure timely allocation of incoming payments
Process and control customer collections, including bank transfers, credit card payments, cheques, and direct debit transactions
Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service and Finance teams to resolve customer account issues and payment disputes
Drive collection activities and proactively follow up on overdue accounts to improve cash flow and reduce aging balances
Monitor customer credit limits and support credit risk management processes
Prepare AR aging reports, collection forecasts and other management reports
Identify opportunities for process improvements and support automation and efficiency initiatives within the Accounts Receivable function
Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and financial procedures
Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to Accounts Receivable & Net Sales Value
Own full customer working capital, DSO management & driving initiatives to ensure we have best in class DSO metric
Own customer balance sheet, including customer accruals management, customer payment & deductions management
Being the key link between the commercial business teams and outsource provider
Drive best in class commercial processes to ensure pricing and net sales accruals
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control or Finance Operations
Previous experience leading, mentoring or supervising team members is preferred
Strong knowledge of collection processes, customer account reconciliation, and credit management practices
Experience with customer payment methods such as bank transfers, credit cards, direct debit systems and cheques
SAP experience is preferred
Advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multinational environment
