Position Summary

Safe Haven Security is seeking a dedicated Account Preservation Administrator to join our organization. The Account Preservation Admin provides a critical function to the success of the department’s administrative operations. This role provides key information to partnered job functions through the review, extraction, and organization of customer data. This information processed by the Account Preservation Admin is input into our account tracking databases which are directly utilized by department associates and outside collections agencies.

In this role you will:

• Interpret data from a CRM to extrapolate critical information
• Enter data into designated databases, files, and forms
• Verify accuracy and completeness of data
• Perform regular data collection and maintenance tasks
• Transcribe information from various sources
• Generate reports manually from CRM data and by using data analysis tools
• Provide general clerical and administrative support as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience in data entry or related clerical role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in basic math calculations
• Familiarity with office equipment and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
• Excel experience required
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

$20.00 per hour
