Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist Accounts Payable (AP) department in invoice processing.
• Assist in compliance checking for the invoices. Ensure if it is compliance with SLB policies and local taxation and accounting.
• Check/work on the mismatched invoices of the stakeholders/suppliers.
• Liaise with the suppliers and stakeholders to ensure the invoices to be received in a timely manner.
• Supporting in the month end processes.

Background Requirements

• Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, or equivalent disciplines.
• Must possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written English).
