Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of supplier invoices and payments, in line with internal procedures, deadlines, Cambodian regulations (especially VAT), and audit requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Verify and record supplier invoices (VAT, PO, delivery match).
• Prepare and process payments (bank, cheque, cash).
• Handle supplier queries and keep database updated.
• Ensure compliance with Cambodian tax regulations (especially VAT).
• Support month-end closing and audits with reconciliations and documents.

Main Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or international company.
• Knowledge of VAT and local tax rules.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).

• Good English and high integrity.
