Account Payable & Cost Controller

Job Summary
Responsible for managing Accounts Payable functions and Cost Control operations by ensuring accurate invoice processing, payment transactions, inventory reconciliation, cost of sales recording, and financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Coordinate closely with operations and purchasing teams to maintain accurate financial records, inventory control, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable & Financial Operations

1. Process invoices and payments through the Accpac system, ensuring accurate recording and timely payment processing.
2. Maintain organized Accounts Payable filing systems and records for audit and compliance purposes.
3. Review and process supplier invoices and staff reimbursement claims accurately and efficiently.
4. Validate VAT and WHT documentation and prepare related tax reports in compliance with statutory requirements.
5. Prepare AP aging reports, revaluation reports, and monthly financial reports related to Accounts Payable.
6. Coordinate with operations and purchasing teams to resolve accounting and payment-related issues.

Cost Control & Inventory Management

1. Record Cost of Sales for all BTS and BTG transactions, including shipments, hand carry, corporate orders, e-commerce orders, and Thailand hotel orders.
2. Monitor and reconcile BTG inventory codes and inventory transactions in the Accpac system.
3. Set up and monitor inventory provision for BTG inventory.
4. Prepare reports for sponsor gifts, damaged, defective, and spoiled items from BTG stores.
5. Process journal vouchers for fixed asset depreciation.
6. Review stock take discrepancies, prepare stock take summaries, and adjust inventory differences in the Accpac system.
7. Support month-end closing activities and ensure accuracy of inventory and costing records.
