Responsibilities
The position of Analyst is within the Expense Management & Analysis sub-department of the Fund Finance Team. Expense Management & Analysis includes various functions including Accounts Payable, Expense Allocation, Accounts Receivable, Expense Business Intelligence, Expense Management Risk, and Expense Advisory team. The Accounts Payable team is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing and payment execution, effective vendor management, and close collaboration with cost center administrators. The team also plays a critical role in maintaining strong financial controls, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and supporting efficient and well-governed AP operations.
The Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst is responsible for supporting end-to-end accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, vendor onboarding, credit card reconciliations, payment support, and reporting activities. The role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant AP operations across multiple regions, including APAC, EMEA, and the US.
