Job Description

Main purpose

The person occupying this role is mainly responsible for recording accounting entries; make account controls to verify the correctness of the balance in order to keep accounts of transactions reliable and in the time required.

  • Invoice registration.
  • Account controls.
  • Accounting registration.
  • Accounts conciliation.

Required qualifications

  • Final-year students or bachelor's degree holders in Accounting or Business Administration.
  • Good level of English, intermediate or equivalent to B2.
  • Excellent level of Spanish, native or advanced equivalent to C2.

Preferred qualifications

  • Good working knowledge with Microsoft office products (specifically Excel).

Department overview

The key relationships of the role will be with Management Accounting and Treasury teams. But also, we work alongside local and regional Operations, Finance and Accounting.

Accounting Operations department is responsible for the booking and control of every document on time, as well as building reports, analyzing, and reconciling accounts daily.
