职位描述

岗位职责|Job Responsibilities
1.负责全球供应商应付账款与员工费用报销全流程核算,做到三单匹配(合同/订单/入库/发票),确保合规
准确。
1. Responsible for the full process accounting of global supplier Account Payable and employee expense
reimbursement, achieving three matching (contract/order/warehousing/invoice) to ensure accurate
compliance.
2.审核海外费用单据、付款申请与报销单据,按制度与预算完成校验,管控成本费用。
2. Review overseas expense documentation, payment requeests, and reimbursement documentation, complete
verification in accordance with regulations and budgets, and controlcost expenses.
3.定期与供应商对账,处理预付款、暂估、差异清理,维护供应商信用与付款节奏
3. Regularly reconcile accounts with suppliers, handle prepaayments, provisional estimates, and difference
clean-up, and maintain supplier credit and payment rhythm.
4.完成应付计提、月结关账,编制应付与费用分析报表,支屏预算与成本管控
4. Complete accounts payable accruals, monthly closing, prepare accounts payable and expense analysis
reports, and support budget and cost control.
5.对接海外主体、财务共享中心与税务,确保跨境付款、代扣税、发票合规
5. Interface with overseas entities, the financial shared service cenhter, and tax authorities to ensure
compliance with cross-border payments, withholding tax, and invoicing
6.优化应付与费用流程,完善内控,提升自动化与报账效率。
6. Optimize the accounts payable and expense processes, improveinternal controls, and enhance automation
and reimbursement efficiency.

职位要求

任职要求|Job Requirements

本科及以上,会计/财务相关专业,3-5年应付/费用会计经验,有跨国企业/海外主体/共享中心经验优
先。
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in accounting/finance or related fields, 3 - 5 years of experience in
accounts payable/expense accounting, with experience in mhultinational enterprises/overseas
entities/shared service centers preferred.
2.熟悉用政策、应付流程、发票管理与税务合规,熟练使用ERP与费用系统。
2. Familiar with expense policies, accounts payable processes, invoicce management, and tax compliance
proficient in using ERP and expense systems.
3.英语读写流利,能处理英文单据与海外对账沟通。
3. Fluent in English reading and writing, able to handle English documentation and communicate with
overseas counterparts for reconciliation.
4.原则性强、细致高效,具备流程优化意识与跨部门协同能力。
4. Strong in principles, meticulous and efficient, with awareneess of process optimization and XFN
collaboration capabilities.
5.持有初级/中级会计职称优先。
5. Holders of junior / intermediate accounting titles are preferred.
