As an Account Mgr you will Develop the Corporate Printing customer portfolio, focusing on large accounts by leveraging technical knowledge and sales skills to position the assigned technology, value proposition, and products, primarily generating business through Managed Print Services (MPS).

Main Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze the variables and behavior of the target market, including end customers by vertical segment (banking, retail, healthcare, and education), specialized distribution channels, seasonality, customer feedback, sales and market data, product evaluations, and industry networks. Work with the regional team to develop value propositions tailored to the target segment.
• Collaborate with Regional Management, Epson America, and Local Product Management in the assigned subsidiaries to develop sales strategies that achieve local and regional objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies, tactics, and processes to generate demand within the assigned territory, managing the sales cycle from the initial value proposition through post-sales support. Create an Account Plan detailing the contact map, opportunity sizing, visit follow-up, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
• Manage and maintain activity records through Salesforce, updating events, visits, contacts, pipeline, forecasts, and other relevant information.
• Be responsible for achieving the sales quota within the assigned territory.
• Lead key opportunities and coordinate cross-functional teams to maximize impact and achieve the best possible results.
• Work with the Senior Sales Manager for Mexico to identify and report new sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with all related departments in each country (Service, Support, Sales, and Product Management) to ensure end-user satisfaction.
• Work closely with the Product team to develop and bring profitable products to market with a strong value proposition.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales to end users.
• Recent experience selling Managed Print Services (MPS).
• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Experience managing B2B commercial/sales processes.
