Role Opening: Accounts Manager



Job Overview

The candidate demonstrates good learning ability and relevant accounting knowledge, with potential to handle core finance and accounting responsibilities; however, professional attitude and overall ownership may require further development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and monthly closing activities.
• Reconcile bank accounts, receivables, payables, and other financial records.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and review tax-related documentation and statutory compliance.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Analyze financial data and highlight discrepancies or risks.
• Coordinate with external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Supervise junior accounting staff and review their work.
• Prepare management reports and provide financial insights for decision-making.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional qualification (ACCA/CMA – preferred).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Other Details:

Experience: 5+ years

Location: Korangi Creek, Karachi

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 09:00 AM – 05:30 PM
