Job Description

• Serve as primary contact for the client on operational , financial and compliance related matters.
• Build and maintain long term client relationships along with vendor management through pro-active engagement.

• Direct and oversee business related MIS, operational risk management for the franchise, which includes managing account and taxations coupled with maintenance of Risk Register and RCSA, KRI, ORE reporting.

• Demonstrate professional maturity and industry expertise through at least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in a high-pressure financial or corporate environment.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher from a reputed university, demonstrating a strong academic foundation in business, finance, or a related field.

• Prepare and follow marketing and business plan/strategy.

• Prepare reports and analyze on regular intervals of volume and revenue generated.

• Ensure quality delivery of services in liaison with the customer service staff.

• Prepare credit review and KYC updates.

• University Graduate

• 3 Plus years FI sales experience.

• Knowledge of trade and payment products.
