Hybrid Account Manager / Junior Sales

Location: Toluca, Mexico
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role
World Fuel is seeking a motivated professional to join our team in Toluca. This unique hybrid position combines account management and junior sales responsibilities, offering an excellent opportunity to learn our business, support local operations, and grow into a future sales role.

What You’ll Do

First 6 Months:

  • Learn World Fuel offerings, internal systems, and processes.
  • Shadow the LATAM Account Manager based in Brazil and participate in sales visits and presentations.
  • Support the Toluca sales team with day-to-day account management.
  • Assist with operational and logistics tasks, including fuel delivery coordination, claims processing, billing disputes, and customer satisfaction.
  • Become proficient in Salesforce and AI tools.

After 6–12 Months:

  • Prospect smaller aircraft operators not currently using World Fuel and open new accounts.
  • Raise awareness of WFS/AVCARD/TSS in the region by visiting major FBOs in Toluca.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet customer requirements for fuel and trip planning services.
  • Assist with collections on delinquent accounts.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Aviation and sales experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales or account management is a plus.
