What You'll Do
Ownership & Strategic Account Development Manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized online shops and identify opportunities for growth.
Value Creation Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer performance and implement tailored expansion strategies.
Building Strong Partnerships Develop accounts strategically and commercially, prepare customised recommendations, and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Legal, and Product, to ensure coordinated support to deliver a seamless experience for your customers.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Collaborate with a dedicated Customer Success Manager using insights and metrics to maximize client retention and long-term success.
Account Ownership Experience You’ve successfully managed B2B client portfolios, ideally in SaaS or tech-driven environments, with a passion for E-commerce & Digital Solutions.
Customer-Centric Mindset Proven ability to manage large client portfolios with up to 300 accounts with long-term strategic planning to drive retention and expansion.
Negotiation Skills A natural sales instinct and persuasive ability, as well as negotiation skills to position solutions effectively.
Proactive Communication Skills: You actively engage with customers, identify their needs early on, and strategically use primarily digital touchpoints as well as occasional in-person interactions to build strong customer relationships.
Tools & Analytical Thinking Practical experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to drive optimization processes and maximize client performance based on numbers.
Language Skills Fluent German and highly proficient in English to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to build trust, resolve challenges, and foster long-term partnerships.
