This role sits at the intersection of customer success, operations, and high-value product execution within the custom jewellery industry. You will act as the main point of contact for clients designing bespoke jewellery pieces, guiding them from initial concept through to final manufacturing and delivery. The position requires strong communication and coordination skills to translate customer expectations into precise production requirements. You will collaborate closely with design, CAD, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless execution of complex orders. Operating in a fast-paced, detail-sensitive environment, you will manage multiple client workflows simultaneously while maintaining a high-touch customer experience. This is a highly consultative role where accuracy, responsiveness, and ownership directly impact customer satisfaction and product quality.
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end customer relationships and ensuring smooth execution of custom jewellery orders across design, production, and delivery workflows.
This role requires strong customer management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle complex, detail-oriented workflows in a production-driven environment.
