Deine Mission 🏄

  • Du ĂŒbernimmst die ganzheitliche Verantwortung fĂŒr digitale Kampagnenprojekte und stellst sicher, dass alle Maßnahmen reibungslos umgesetzt, ĂŒberwacht und ausgewertet werden.
  • Du bist zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in fĂŒr deine Kund:innen und hĂ€ltst alle FĂ€den rund um ihre Kampagnen zusammen.
  • Du behĂ€ltst Performance, Timings und Zielerreichung im Blick und leitest daraus fundierte Empfehlungen ab.
  • Du erstellst aussagekrĂ€ftige Reports und PrĂ€sentationen, die Mehrwert schaffen und deine Kund:innen ĂŒberzeugen.
  • Du koordinierst single- und cross-channel Kampagnen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Partnern.
  • Du erkennst KundenbedĂŒrfnisse frĂŒhzeitig und entwickelst passgenaue, pragmatische Lösungen.
  • Du identifizierst Upselling-Potenziale und platzierst diese empathisch, zielgerichtet und immer im Sinne des Kundenerfolgs.
  • Du lebst echtes Buddy-Business – professionell, persönlich und auf Augenhöhe, ob im Call, am Telefon oder im direkten Austausch.

Das bringst du mit đŸȘ„

  • Erfahrung & Mindset

    • 1–2 Jahre Erfahrung im Kampagnen-, Projekt- oder Kundenmanagement, idealerweise im digitalen Umfeld
    • AusgeprĂ€gte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
    • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, OrganisationsstĂ€rke und ein gutes GespĂŒr fĂŒr PrioritĂ€ten
  • Gute Kenntnisse

    • Grundkenntnisse in digitalen MarketingkanĂ€len (z. B. Google Ads, Social Media Kampagnen) oder Analyse-Tools (z. B. Looker) von Vorteil
    • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel, PowerPoint bzw. Google Suite
    • Erfahrung mit Projekt- und Collaboration-Tools (z. B. Monday.com) wĂŒnschenswert
  • Kommunikation & Persönlichkeit

    • Sehr gute KommunikationsfĂ€higkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
      • Freude am Telefonieren, PrĂ€sentieren und im direkten Kundenkontakt
