of the Role 

  • The Account Manager - Walmart Omni Channel role, will act as a 360 account manager for C.A. Fortune client base for Walmart and Walmart.com.  
  • Hybrid; Bentonville, AR will observe a hybrid role in office 3 days a week
  • Salary: $80,000 - $105,000, based on experience, qualifications, and skills
  • Minimal overnight travel required - less than 10%

What You’ll do at C.A. Fortune 

  • Partner with internal C.A. Fortune teams to develop organizational expertise for Walmart and Walmart.com
  • Providing insight into key metrics for performance throughout Walmart's Omnichannel 
  • Planning and execution of marketing, advertising, and promotional efforts 
  • Creating operating standards of running client businesses both online and in-store
  • Act as a 360 Account Manager for C.A. Fortune client base for Walmart and Walmart.com 
  • Develop and execute plans to drive ROI via performance-based and brand-building strategies 
  • Represent client interests to Walmart.com 
  • Analyze and report on client business results on Walmart.com initiatives. 
  •  Share overall understanding of the inner workings of the Walmart.com platform 
  • New Item Setup, Pricing, SEO, Content, and digital advertising on the platform 

What You Should Bring to the Table 

  • Strong knowledge of the consumer products industry (specifically food products). 
  • 4-year bachelor’s degree, and/or similar industry experience 
  • Proficient with all necessary computer-based programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) 
  • Understanding of Retail Link, SupplierOne and Walmart Connect and Walmart’s broader ecosystem

You Will Stand Out if You Have 

  • Previous Walmart (in-store or digital) experience 
  • Familiarity with Retail Link and SupplierOne 
  • Account management experience directly supporting Walmart
