We are looking for an Account Manager with a clearly hunter-oriented profile, a strong focus on new business, and a passion for consultative sales to drive Top Doctors Group’s growth in the UK market.

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven person, used to generating new business opportunities on a constant basis. You will play a key role in prospecting, presenting our digital solutions, and closing new business opportunities through video meetings from our European headquarters in Barcelona.

🖥️ What will your role be like?

  • Identify and acquire new medical specialists and clinics with growth potential within the Spanish market.

  • Generate new business opportunities through commercial prospecting, networking, and active pipeline management.

  • Lead commercial meetings via video conference with a consultative and closing-oriented approach.

  • Identify client needs and present tailored digital solutions to enhance their visibility and patient acquisition.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.

  • Work with commercial tools, corporate presentations, and profitability analyses to build high-impact value propositions.

  • Manage and keep all commercial activity and opportunity tracking updated in Dynamics CRM.

  • Achieve and exceed the monthly and annual sales targets defined by the company.

📌 Minimum requirements:

  • Previous experience in consultative sales, client acquisition, or B2B business development.

  • Hunter profile with a mindset focused on growth, business generation, and sales closing.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

  • Dynamic, resilient, proactive, and results-oriented person.

  • Experience working with KPIs, sales targets, and pipeline management.

  • Ability to build trust-based relationships with premium clients.

  • Organized, autonomous, and capable of managing daily commercial activity efficiently.

  • Native or Proficient Level of English required.

  • Previous experience in digital environments, SaaS, health tech, or healthcare will be highly valued.

  • Higher education studies will be valued.
