Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Cantonese fluently to support the client management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing and advertising, account management, with a track record of meeting revenue targets and driving client growth.
  • Experience collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners, and strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin fluently to support the client management in this region.
  • Solid project management abilities to balance multiple priorities, manage details, and execute complex workflows.
  • Strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze client needs, leverage data/spreadsheets for insights, and build impactful proposals.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and agencies, build strong relationships to deeply understand their business objectives, identify revenue opportunities, and confidently pitch tailored Google Ads solutions.
  • Deliver the strategic plan for managed accounts, from initial implementation and core hygiene to continuous optimization, troubleshooting, and driving product adoption for long-term client growth.
  • Analyze market trends, internal/external data, and campaign KPIs to deliver actionable, data-driven recommendations to stakeholders, while accurately contributing to sales forecasting and risk mitigation.
  • Partner seamlessly with internal Google teams and key stakeholders to develop sales strategies, size market opportunities, and deploy collaborative, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Maintain a deep, working knowledge of the digital advertising landscape and the specific supported industry, while proactively seeking advanced training to expertise in Google’s evolving product suite and competitive edge.
