The Electronic team is committed to driving the growth of our merchants by acquiring new sellers, supporting their success on the platform, and helping them thrive in the electronic ecosystem. In this role, you will manage key seller relationships, drive category performance, and support sellers in scaling their business through content-led commerce. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, applying deep industry knowledge, commercial thinking, and a growth mindset to deliver results.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Toys & Hobbies sellers, supporting their performance and long-term success on TikTok Shop
- Execute category growth initiatives, including seller segmentation, assortment optimization, and campaign participation
- Partner with sellers to improve their TikTok Shop operations through content, livestreaming, promotions, and creator collaborations
- Analyze performance data and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to sellers
- Support onboarding, incubation, and scaling of high-potential sellers within the category
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., content, marketing, creator, operations) to ensure effective execution
- Track key metrics and continuously optimize seller performance and buyer experience
