Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager with strong experience in Technology and Corporate Communications to lead integrated communication programs for clients across enterprise technology, SaaS, AI, fintech, cybersecurity, telecom, digital transformation, and corporate reputation mandates.
The ideal candidate will combine excellent media relations, strategic thinking, client management, and content development skills with a strong understanding of the technology ecosystem and corporate communications landscape. This role will involve managing client relationships, driving earned media visibility, supporting executive profiling initiatives, and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Strategic Counsel
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for technology and corporate communication accounts.
  • Develop and execute integrated communications strategies aligned with client business objectives.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders, including senior leadership teams.
  • Provide strategic counsel on corporate reputation, executive visibility, crisis preparedness, thought leadership, and business announcements.
  • Manage client expectations and proactively identify communication opportunities and risks.
Technology Communications
  • Develop communication programs for technology clients across SaaS, AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, fintech, telecom, enterprise technology, and digital transformation sectors.
  • Understand evolving technology trends and translate complex topics into compelling narratives.
  • Support product launches, funding announcements, partnerships, market expansion initiatives, and innovation stories.
  • Track industry developments and identify opportunities for proactive storytelling.
Corporate Communications
  • Lead corporate reputation-building initiatives for clients.
  • Drive CEO and leadership profiling programs.
  • Support employer branding, ESG communications, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and corporate storytelling.
  • Assist clients in issues management and crisis communication planning when required.
Media Relations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technology, business, financial, startup, trade, and mainstream media.
  • Secure high-quality earned media coverage across print, digital, broadcast, and industry publications.
  • Develop media strategies that support client business goals.
  • Identify speaking opportunities, awards, roundtables, and thought leadership platforms for clients.
Content Development
  • Draft and review:
    • Press releases
    • Media pitches
    • Opinion articles
    • Leadership bylines
    • Corporate announcements
    • Executive speeches
    • Presentations
    • Q&A documents
    • Crisis communication materials
    • Social media content
  • Ensure all content aligns with client messaging and communication objectives.
Team Management & Development
  • Manage and mentor Account Executives and Associates.
  • Support workload planning, resource allocation, and project execution.
  • Provide regular coaching and performance feedback.
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing across teams.
Campaign Management & Reporting
  • Manage multiple client programs simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.
  • Track campaign KPIs and prepare insightful performance reports.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and project deliverables.
  • Contribute to award submissions, case studies, and business development opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or Integrated Communications.
  • Demonstrated experience managing Technology and Corporate Communication clients.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian technology, startup, and corporate ecosystem.
  • Proven media relations experience with technology and business media.
Preferred
  • Agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
  • Exposure to enterprise technology, AI, fintech, cybersecurity, telecom, or SaaS sectors.
  • Experience supporting executive profiling and reputation management programs.
